She was predeceased by: her parents, Emanuel Ward and Mary Ward (Bentley); her husband Earl LeVan, Jr.; her children, Carol A. West and Earl LeVan III; her great grandchild Miles; and her siblings, Edna Ward LeVan, Manuel Ward, Opal Ward Rhynard, Raymond Ward and Jerry P. Ward.
She is survived by: her daughter Catherine Joann Maggert; and her grandchildren, Berry Ferguson, Dustin Maggert, Skipper LeVan (Crystal), Joshua Maggert, John LeVan (Jenny), Michelle Robinette, Brandon LeVan (Erin) and Evin LeVan. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
