She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfonse Smith and Gyanell Smith (Mayo); and her stepfather Theodore Tilton. She is survived by: her husband Leroy A. Phyillaier; her daughters, Emily Murray (Patrick) of Richmond, IN and Stephanie Klapheke (Dan) of Atlanta, GA; her grandchildren, Sophia, Lauren, Ryan, Charlotte and Colin; and her stepbrother Robert Tilton of Piqua.
