She was predeceased by: her parents, David E. Apple and Edra Apple (Shawler); her former husband Ned Netzley; her husband Edward G. Victor; and her son Shelton Netzley.
She is survived by: her son Scott A. Netzley (late Cheryl) of Kokomo, Indiana; her grandchildren, Sandy L. Netzley Luke of Troy, Brett Victor (Chanda) of Piqua, Brandi Bowman (Jay) of Indiana and Adam Netzley (Sarah) of Indiana; and her sister Evelyn Rose (Donald) of Conover. She is also survived by several great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren.
