She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley DuBois and Esther DuBois (Heitzman); her spouse Thomas E. Fay; her sister Ruth Faehl; and her son William "Billy" Fay.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Fay (Connie) of West Milton and Patty (Fay); her grandchildren, Tim Fay (Brandee), Mike Fay, Heather Lavielle, Sean Smith (Josie), Alex Christian, Trent Fay and Sydney Fay; her great grandchildren, Josalyn, Chandler, Lakyn, Ciel, Noah and Sara; and her sister Mary Baugh of Florida. She is also survived by her loving family, many friends.
