He is survived by: his spouse Jewell Swartz (Fuston); his children, Tiffany Evans of Upper Sandusky, OH, Jordan Evans of Tipp City, OH, Albert, Crystal Swartz, III of Dayton, OH, Zack Swartz of Springfield, OH, Rachael Swartz of Columbus, OH and Tammy Swartz of Ludlow Falls, OH; and his siblings, Mary Kreitzer of Greenville, OH, Nancy Birt of Piqua, OH and Bill Swartz of Greenville, OH. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
