He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Allen and Gladys Allen (Vaughn); and his daughter Jennifer Allen Bradley. He is survived by: his spouse Lawayna J. Popp; and his children, Albert W. Allen (Kristi) of Piqua and Helen Allen of Piqua. He is also survived by six grandchildren; five great grandchildren; eight brothers and three sisters.
