He was predeceased by: his parents, William O. and Nancy L. Clements, Jr. (Koons); and his brother Tommy Clements. He is survived by: his nephews, Bowdee Nolin and Jared Stewart; his wife Odilia Clements (Rodriguez); his daughter Michelle Deaton (Clements); his grandchildren, Jacob R., Pamela Tussing (Rodriguez), Jenna R. Tussing and Jadon R. Tussing; his great grandchildren, Sophia R. Tussing and Chloe; his aunts, Jessie Grimm (Clements), Betty Lou Borer (Clements) and Floreaca Clements (Koons); and his uncle Benjamin. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
