He was predeceased by: his parents, Merrill and Ruth L. Frame, Jr. (Rademaker); and his sister Peggy Bibler (Jack). He is survived by: his wife Lisa A. Frame of Pioneer; his children, Jenna Nunes (Chris) of Cabin John and Matthew Frame (Marisol) of Oceanside, California; and his brothers, Merrill Frame, III (Nancy), Alvordton and John Frame (Barbara Thomas) of Bryan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to the family and will go towards a memorial tree.
