She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Miller and Rose M. Miller (Pignataro). She is survived by: her husband Larry G. Manley; her children, Loretta Eisel of West Unity, Sherry Schlie (Chad) of Edgerton, Corey Manley (Becky) of Defiance and Derrick Manley of Westerville, Ohio; her grandchildren, Samantha Filip (Devin), Dominic Gigax and Ellison Manley; her stepgrandson Caleb Schlie; her great grandchildren, Dean and Duke Filip; and her siblings, Sandra Hug (Tom) of Bryan and Nicholas Miller (Lisa) of Columbus, Ohio..

Per the Governors current orders, face masks are recommended.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Lupus Foundation or Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center.
