She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Perham and Ruth Perham (Pettit); and her sister Nancy Woodhouse. She is survived by: her children, Dave Wyrick (Holly) of Pioneer, Laura Clingaman (Jeff) of Stryker and Lisa Hayes (Scott) of Pioneer; her grandchildren, Derick Wyrick (Anna), Bralyn Martin (Stuart), Spencer Clingaman, Oliviah Clingaman, Chelsea Hayes, Makayla Hayes (Parker Phillips) and Zachary Hayes; her great grandchildren, Kahle, Brooks, Daxton, Maci and Rhetton; and her sister Jean Feehan (Dick) of Pioneer.
Memorial contributions may be given to the family to help defray funeral expenses.
