He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair C. Cogswell and Kathryn Cogswell (Wallace); and his sister Viola Bashor. He is survived by: his spouse Fay A. Ruhl; his children, Ken Cogswell (Tammy) of Warren, Amy Hurd of St. Clair Township, Tina Weaver of Pioneer and Tammy Worthington (Tony) of Rossford; and his sister Sue Thompson (Loren) of West Unity. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; many great grandchildren.
