He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert S. Bentley and Hilda M. Bentley (Hatt); and his siblings, Verl Bentley, Bernard Bentley, Linda Furr and Robin Bentley.
He is survived by: his spouse Susan K. Bates; his children, Sherri Lynn Bentley and Timothy Craig Bentley of Pioneer; his grandsons, Kodi Robert Bentley of Fort Sill and Adam Jay Bentley; and his siblings, Carson Bentley (Cheryl) of Edgerton, Curtis Bentley (Karen) of Fayette, Bervolee Kerr of Camden and Faye Kerr (Allen) of Alvordton.
