She is survived by: her husband Paul Allison of Clear Lake, Indiana.; her children, Chad, Ashleigh and Jay-R.; and also, Kristy, James, Connor, Ryan, Angela "Angie" Frederick, Kelsey, Riley and Diane Walters.
