He was predeceased by: his parents, Shelby Rush, Jr. (Weatherford) and Paul Rush, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Joni R. Johnson; and his sons, Micheal Rush (Kassidy) of Waterloo and Kevin Rush (Kelci) of Pioneer, Ohio. He is also survived by two grandchildren; three sisters; and two brothers.
