She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Powers and Oletha Powers (Edinger); her husband Dale Halleck; and her sisters, Martha Lou Vernier and Ellen Gordon.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Halleck (Robin) and Beverly Black (Steve Fiser); her grandchildren, Elli Altaffer (Jamie), Laura Kenyon (Jeff), Dustin Hallek (Hannah), Ben Fiser and Jake Fiser (Kelli); and her sisters, Mavis Dunlap and Marylee Alden. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
