He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold C. Votaw, and Doris May Votaw, Sr. (Wines); his wife Cheryle Oxender; and his brother Marvin Votaw. He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa M. Votaw of Pioneer and Shawne Bonney (Dan) of Pioneer; his grandchildren, Madyson Eitniear (Brandon) and Kendal Bonney; his great grandchildren, Lakelynne and Ryder Eitniear; and his siblings, David Votaw (Deb) of Bryan, Duane Votaw (Kay) of Pioneer and Joanne Foltz of Florida.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lake View United Brethren Church. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Lakeview United Brethren Church.
