Eleanor Bexten Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eleanor Bexten (Pioneer, Ohio), who passed away on May 17, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Layton M. Eidenier and Blanch Elma Eidenier (Hillard); her husband Anthony Bexten; her son Steven Pettit; her stepgrandsons, Travis Burnham and Zachary Bexten; her siblings, Ernest Eidenier and Eloise Smith; and her brother-in-law Bob Deetz.

She is survived by: her children, Sheila Green (Dan) of Baraboo, Holly J. Pettit of Montpelier, Sonda Wiles (Mark) of West Unity and Sam Pettit (Tina) of Pioneer; her stepchildren, Sherry Sims (Steve) of Ney, Teresa Burnham (Terry) of West Unity, Alan Bexten (Brenda) of Pioneer, Diane Willis (John) of Montpelier, Mike Bexten (Angie) of Apex and Jamie Bexten (Stephanie) of Bryan; her sister Evelyn Deetz of Pioneer; and her siblings-in-law, Donna Eidenier of Pioneer and Dana Smith of Pioneer. She is also survived by sixteen step grandchildren, twenty step great grandchildren.
