He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Bish and Norma Bish (Williams); and his wife Catherine M. Weglarz. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Bish (Stacy), Melinda Fugate (Chuck), Jonathon Bish (Gabby) and Valerie Sargent (Tyler); his grandson Ethan Bish; and his siblings, Curt Bish, Larry Bish, Tami Kinser and Sharlene Hudy.
