He is survived by: his parents, Chester Paul Howard of Piketon and Jeremie Beekman of Piketon; his grandparents, Tom, Robin Durham of Piketon, Vesta "Tiny" Howard of Piketon, Charles Woolridge of Piketon, Paul, Susan Howard of Claxton, Rob and Teressa Smith of Piketon; his great-grandparent Myrtle Moore of Register, Georgia; his sisters, Courtney Marie Howard and Emily Woolridge of Piketon; his stepsisters, Vanessa Clark (Cole) of Piketon, Shawnee Beekman (Ronnie Bolen) of Piketon and Kynton Beekman of Piketon; his aunts and uncles, Danny (Tonya Dean), Jacob Durham (Shelley Lallier), Bobby (Lisa Caplinger) and CJ (Amanda Woolridge); his cousins, Paige, Madison, Izzy Dean, Luke, Abby Lintz and Surrayah Woolridge; his nephew Bryson Wayne Bolen; and his significant other Kristiana McDaniel.
