It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Franklin Montgomery (Piketon, Ohio), who passed away on February 20, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brothers, Coy, Troy, James, Jesse, Layton and Hager Montgomery.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Montgomery, Edward Montgomery of Waverly, Catherine Coll of Lucasville and Angela Montgomery of Waverly; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Drake, Wyatt, Layne, Kacey, Cody and Ashtyn; his great grandchildren, Callie, Connor and Kenlee; and his siblings, Leroy (Hattie Montgomery), Charles (Francis Montgomery), Edward (Jan Montgomery), Phyllis Greene of Waverly, Anna Ruth Daulton of Peebles and Sue Montgomery.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to Botkin Hornback Funeral Home.
