He is survived by: his parents, Everett Howard and Marian Cutler Howard; his child Timmy Lew Howard II; his wife Tonya Shaw; his children, Carolyn Howard, Timmy Lee Howard, Terry Howard (Kay Younker), Tabecka Howard and Trinity Howard; and also Shannon Howard Shaw (Chris).
