He was predeceased by: his parents, John G. Brewster and Viola Williams Brewster; his wife Alta Mae Stulley Brewster; his sister Judy Wyckoff; and his brother-in-law Buster Wooldridge.
He is survived by: his children, Hayley Ann Harnetty (Bill) of Jackson, Anthony Wayne Brewster (Cathy) of Piketon and Thomas Gratt Brewster (Jessica) of Piketon; his grandchildren, Wyatt, Devon, Maeleigha and Thomas Brewster; his sister Helen Wooldridge; and his brother-in-law Gary Wyckoff.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Adena Hospice.
