She was predeceased by: her mother Harriet Louise Blair; and her son Matthew Valliere. She is survived by: her father Johnnie Ray Madden; her children, Caleb Isaac Irvin and Aubrey Irvin; and her siblings, Joanie Gilmore of Piketon, Rachel Cutlip of Circleville and Chris Madden of Chillicothe. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
