She was predeceased by: her parents, Shirley Ann and Albert Walker. She is survived by: her husband Russell Simmons Sr.; her daughter Sara Elizabeth; her siblings, Neva Simmons (Jerry) of Piketon, Sylvia Walker of Latham, Shawn Walker (Bryan) of Lucasville, Elvira Simmons (Lester) of Piketon, Albert Walker of Beaver, Mark Walker of Waverly and Dewey Walker (Krystal) of Lancaster; her nieces and nephews, Toni Rhoads (Michael), Makayla Walker, Mackenzie Walker, Micah Walker, Adrienna Simmons, Angelo Walker, James and Bryan Harris; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Chloe, Cayleigh, Salem, Connor and Cayson.
