He is survived by: his wife Bertha Irene Scowden; his son Tommie Scowden (Jamie) of Hicksville, Ohio; his stepchildren, John Rexroad, Jr. (Tracy) of Waverly, Ohio and Deborah Kiser (Chris) of Cincinnati, Ohio; his sister Sharon Williams (Terry) of Peebles, Ohio; his grandchildren, Richard Scowden and Emma Scowden; his stepgrandchildren, Trent, Faith, Hope (Austin) and Noah; and his great grandchild Brayden.
