She is survived by: her children, Doug Bandy of Beaver, Becky Siders of Beaver, Rhonda Bandy of Waverly, Damon Horn (Jessica) of Piketon and Eric Horn of Piketon; her siblings, Timothy Dean of Beaver, William Dean (Janet) of Latham, Brian Dean of Waverly and Peggy Dean of Jackson, Ohio; and her stepmother Mildred "Millie" Dean of Waverly. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
