She was predeceased by: her mother Judy Ann Conkel Chapman; and her brother Darin Chapman. She is survived by: her father Donald Chapman of Piketon; her daughter Miranda (Tyler) of Portsmouth; her grandchildren, Jensen Brewster and Brooklyn Brewster; her brother Donald (Jenny Chapman) of Iberia, Ohio; and her nieces and nephews, Savannah Chapman, Kamry Chapman and Brady Chapman.

In lieu of flowers family is requesting memorial donations be made to Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Waverly to help with funeral expenses.
