She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin, Sr. Biggs and Crystal Ellis Biggs; her former husband William Henry Kirk; her husband Thomas Tackett; her daughter Mary Ruth Kirk; her siblings, Carl Biggs, Rose (Leonard Blanton), Marie (Bobby Ater), Clifford (Caroline Biggs), Alfreda (Clyde Williamson), John (Catherine Biggs), Nancy (Bill May) and Arnold Biggs; and her sisters-in-law, Gladys Tackett, Mary Nicely and Bertha Tackett.
She is survived by: her daughters, Crystal Blanton (Tony Finley), Nancy Horne (Richard Davis) and Gladys Neely; her stepchildren, Amy Jo Tatum, Tommy Tackett and Richie Ostrander; her brother Franklin Biggs (Tina); her niece Angie Biggs; her nephew Franklin Biggs, III; and her siblings-in-law, Doris Ann Crabtree, Kay Kuhn, Brenda Biggs, Vernom Perkison, Russell Tackett, Sam Tackett and David Tackett. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren.
