She was predeceased by: her parents, George C. Cutler and Ethel A. Sizemore-Cutler; her husband Everett Howard; her children, Timmy Lew Howard and Tammy Howard; and her sisters, Kathleen "Sissy" Cutler-Daily, Joan Cutler-Grooms, Mary "Grumpy" Cutler-Hunton and Georgia A. "Dolly" Grooms.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Shannon Shaw of Timmy Howard, II, Carolyn Howard, Timmy Lee Howard, Terry Howard, Becka Lynn Maddy and Trinity Howard. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
