He was predeceased by: his father Spicy Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Gertrude Warrens of Edge Water, Florida.; his children, Jeremy Johnson of Piketon, Sommer Green (Jeff) of Lebonon and Jami Short (Craig) of Fayetteville, Ohio; his grandchildren, Christian Green, Camryn Green, Haylee Johnson, Kennedy Short, Kadie Short and Grant Short; and his siblings, Rose Young, Shela McDowell, Deborah Hollar and Taylor Gayheart.
