He was predeceased by: his mother Lucille Marie Ramsey. He is survived by: his children, Tamara Ramsey Osborne (Sherman) and Larry Allen Ramsey; his grandchildren, Sherman Osborne, Michael Osborne, Eric Ramsey, Bryan Ramsey, Kyle Ramsey and Kristina Warren (Ramsey); and his great grandchildren, Talon J. Osborne, Calloway Michael Osborne, Kensington K. C. Osborne and Cooper Warren.
