With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judith Ann Noel (Piketon, Ohio), who passed away on January 27, 2020 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius Moermond and Mildred Young Moermond; her grandchildren, Christopher Tackett and Melissa Tackett; and her brothers, Cornelius Moermond Jr. and Leslie Moermond.
She is survived by: her spouse Terry Noel; her daughters, Deanna Criswell (Steven) of Westerville, Carla Tackett (Mike) of Piketon, Tina Noel of Piketon and Laura Hawkins (Curtis) of Hillsboro, Ohio; her grandchildren, Nick Tackett, Kari Jacob, Lindsey Christian, Bodhi Hawkins and Dalton Criswell; and her sister Emma Jean Mozena. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to NCR Hospice, 681 E Third St. Waverly, Ohio 45690.
