He is survived by: his daughters, Jacqueline Kay Stephenson of Waverly and Amy Lynn Pettit (Andy) of Waverly; his grandchildren, James Michael Burkitt of Columbus, Kyle Vulgamore of Beaver, Jared Vulgamore (Kennedy) of Chillicothe and Cody Vulgamore (Cameron) of Waverly; his great grandchildren, Zane Vulgamore and Roman Vulgamore; his sisters, Deborah Kay Stephenson of Ft. Myers, Crystal Lehman of Waverly and Carla Michelle Bushatz of Chillicothe; and his niece Sherry Dever of Bainbridge.
