He was predeceased by: his parent Chester Stamper; and his sons, Mike Stamper and Mark Stamper. He is survived by: his parent Lydia Anderson Stamper; his children, Rex Stamper (Penny) of Circleville, Bill Stamper (Debra) of Piketon and Pam Scott (Gene) of Piketon; his grandson Mark Stamper; and his daughter-in-law Deborah Stamper of Capac. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
