He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Bill Moore. He is survived by: his parents, John LeHew and Gunnie LeHew of Belleview, Florida.; his wife Jennifer Moore LeHew; his sons, Micah, Joshua, Nathan and Joseph LeHew of Piketon; his siblings, David LeHew (Ji) of Belleview, John LeHew Jr. (Leola) of Belleview, Tim LeHew of Missouri, Melody LeHew of Belleview and Sheila Alvira (Jose) of Kissimmee, Florida; his mother-in-law Ruth Moore; and his brother-in-law Chris Moore (Tesa). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
