He is survived by: his son Nathan Maynard (Michelle) of Piketon; his stepdaughter Ashley Fritz (Jeremy) of Piketon; his grandchildren, Logan, Kaylee, Kenley Maynard, Jorden and Justen Fritz; his siblings, Dianna Durham of Jackson, Charlotte Blackburn (Ray) of Jackson, Charles Maynard (Muriel) of Beaver, Norman Maynard of Piketon, James Maynard (Tonia) of Piketon and Deby Immel of Piketon; and his pet Bentley.
