He is survived by: his sons, Chad Meadows of Waverly and Jeremy Meadows of Alabama; his siblings, Joyce Meadows of Hernando, Florida and David Dale; his nephew Matthew Meadows of Jackson; and his niece Lisa Thomas of Circleville.
