He was predeceased by: his father Willard Alonzo; and his siblings, Kenneth Slusher, Bonnie Logan, Joyce Crider, Martha Slusher and Shirley Wright.

He is survived by: his siblings, Milton Slusher, Marilyn J. Davis, Wanda Riffe and Kathy Blevins.
