She was predeceased by: her parents, George Shanks and Marie Jones Shanks; her husband Orville Radcliff; her son Ronnie Radcliff; and her siblings, Charles Shanks, Robert Shanks, Imogene Deacon, Elsie Shanks and Ruby Shanks.
She is survived by: her son Ricky Radcliff (Rebecca) of Waverly; her siblings, Walter Shanks (Virginia) of Adams County and Betty Russell of Piketon; and her granddaughters, Melissa Bowman (Tracy), Wendy Snyder (Jerome), Elizabeth Snyder and Christina Taylor (Chris Stevens). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
