He was predeceased by: his mother Teresa Elaine Pinkerton Sapp; and his grandparents, James, Marie Pinkerton and Goldie Sapp. He is survived by: his father Dwight Sapp of Piketon; his children, Kara Sapp, Paul Grate of Piketon, Fancy Sapp of Piketon, Charlie Sapp, Taylor Oberer of Waverly, Devon Sapp, Natalie Bandy of Chillicothe and Andrew Fleckinger of Piketon; his grandchildren, Isabella, Paul, Connor, Kamilla Grate, Gillianna Sapp and Mykia Sapp; and his siblings, Vanessa Waddle (Mike) of Piketon and Derek Sapp of Piketon. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
