She was predeceased by: her parents, Madeline Herald (Logan) and Clifton Rayburn; her husband James Daniel Louderback; and her brothers, Martin Charles Rayburn and Kenneth David Rayburn.
She is survived by: her children, Tresa Crouch (Richard), Eric Daniel Louderback and Elizabeth Ann Louderback; her grandchildren, Anthony James Crouch, Alexandria Dawn Hersman (Anthony), Codie Allen Trent (Tristen) and Chase Daniel Louderback; and her mother-in-law Shirley Louderback (Delmar).
