She was predeceased by: her father Keith Kelley; and her husband Billy Ray Crabtree Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Anna Hosste of Piketon; her children, Billy Ray Crabtree III of Piketon and Haley Mae Crabtree of Piketon; and her sister Christine Kelley of Piketon. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, family is requesting donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
