She is survived by: her husband Robert Jay Varner; her children, Edward Christian (Teresa) of Chillicothe, Shaun Cassidy (Sahara) of Chula Vista, California, Cathy Hammonds (Ted) of Lucasville, Lula Cassidy-Benedum (Daniel) of St. Charles and Joni Mustard (Kelly) of Piketon; and her sisters, Ann Golf of Akron and Helen Washburn of Akron. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
