He was predeceased by: his father Amos Johnson; his siblings, Rick Johnson and Rita Johnson; and his stepdaughter Ruth Harvey-Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hicks Johnson; his children, Brian Johnson (Erica), Mandy Johnson and Brandy Johnson; his stepchildren, Cecil Jenkins (Mindi) and Tammy Jenkins; and his siblings, Tony Johnson (Beth), Randy Johnson, Betty Kinikin, Frank Johnson, Amos Johnson (Roxanne), Barbara Annette Apple and Greg Johnson (Peggy). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
