He is survived by: his wife Kelly West Hines of Piketon; his children, Lee Patrick West (Samantha Dailey) of Bexley and Emily Brooke Hines of Piketon; his brother Kevin Scott Hines (Kim) of Waverly; his parents-in-law, Teddy L. West of Piketon and Sheila Chancey of Minford, Ohio; his sisters-in-law, Kim Brust (Chris) of Beaver and Barbie Ricer (Lyle) of Lucasville, Ohio; his nieces and nephews, Kendra Hines, Kacey Cutler (Brian), Katlin Smalley (Cody Boyd), Jayla Ricer, Christopher Brust (Jessica) and Damon Campbell; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Corbin, Greyson, Kinley, Karley and Camryn. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
