He was predeceased by: his parent Carrie Andrew Mustard; his wife Janet Lambert Mustard; his daughter Brenda Mustard; and his siblings, Ronald, Richard, Everett, Elmer, Lloyd, Delbert, Donnie, Russell, Earl, Freda Legg, Norma Ackley and Velma Grooms.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Burton of Waverly and Valerie Mann (Don) of Piketon; his grandchildren, Amanda Holbert (Zachary), Austin Mann, Vanessa Mann and Janessa Mann; his stepgrandchildren, Donnie Burton and Bobbie Jo Harrison; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Carson, Amelia and Nora; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Gage, Natalie, Denny Jack and Merryl; and his son-in-law Joe Burton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made to The Cure Starts Now, 10280 Chester Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45215 in Carson Holbert's name.
