He was predeceased by: his parents, Kershul Ray Shepherd and Tina Conley (Randy) of Piketon, Ohio.; his grandmother Janet Conley; and his uncles, David Rudd and Ricky Conley.
He is survived by: his siblings, Tori Conley, Pamela Shepherd, Justin Monst, Kevin Shepherd and Adam Shepherd; and his grandparents, Mary Ann, George Rudd, Russell H. Conley, Carl and Lavada Monst. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
