She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Asbury (Julia) and Juanita Johnson DeHeart (Bill); her husband Wayne Church; her siblings, Randy Asbury and Kathy Daniels; her stepsisters, Kathy Blevins and Sandra Kay Jones; her nephews, Jimmy "Buddy" Sincell Jr., Andrew Asbury and Gary Church Jr.; her niece Shawnee Lynn Church; and her grandparents, Earl and Lula Johnson.
She is survived by: her son Patrick Church (Chrissy); her grandchildren, Madison Church and Jaxon Church; her siblings, Sanda Sincell, Nell Labby, Melissa Kitchens, Julie Asbury Smith and Walter Asbury (Karen); and her stepsister Alicia Church. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Botkin Hornback Funeral Home - Waverly (314 E North St, Waverly, OH 45690). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
