He was predeceased by: his father Billy Crabtree Sr.; his brother Virgil Crabtree; and his father-in-law Keith A. Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Kelley Crabtree; his children, Billy Ray Crabtree III of Piketon and Hayley Mae Crabtree of Piketon; and his siblings, Walter Crabtree of Columbus, Ohio, April Manley (James) of Peebles, Anna Bryant (Shawn) of Piketon and Christine Pinion (Jeremiah) of Piketon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family asks that memorial donations be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
