It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Audrey Butler of Piketon, Ohio, born in Greenup, Kentucky, who passed away on November 28, 2021, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gash and Eliza Davis Gash; her spouse Huber Maurice "Chuck" Butler; her siblings, Les, Autie, Donald, Marvin, Harry Gash, Irene Stephenson and Esther Stone; and her son-in-law Timothy J. Underwood.
She is survived by: her children, Alan Rhett Butler (Jan) of Piketon and Karla Underwood of Lexington, KY; her grandchildren, Jessica McIlhenny (Jason), Kristine Butler and Jonathan Butler; and her great grandchildren, Kinslee McIlhenny, Eli McIlhenny, Lincoln Adkins and Sadie Butler. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
